Jonathan Taylor and Andy Burns have been song-writing and recording collaborators for the last 20 years  with their technology changing throughout that time...starting with a cassette "porta-studio", then to an 8 track  hard disk recorder, to today where we use a laptop.

Jonny lives in rural Queensland and Andy lives in inner-city Melbourne so our collaborations are timed with epic  road-trips to go stay at Jonny's property carrying the recording equipment with us.

During our long-time partnership we have recorded many songs in a wide variety of styles from serious and deep poetic numbers to outrageous light-hearted numbers featuring Jonny's alter-ego "Jonny the Ratt".

Just recently Andy decided to create a couple of albums using many of our songs... dividing them into the more serious ones in an album entitled "Destination Destiny" and the more exuberant and funny ones into one entitled "Jonny the Ratt LIVE at Gheerulla".
